Here's the Fall 2025 schedule:
Basic Woodworking
Students will learn how to set up, use, and maintain all major woodworking tools during this four session course. Included is hands-on instruction with the major woodworking tools, plus instruction on wood lamination and planing, inlay, box making, hardware installation, hand tool usage, and more.
Classes meet in a well-equipped woodshop, featuring SawStop table saws, a 20" planer, and wide belt sander, jointer, two Laguna bandsaws, drill press, and enough hand tools and power tools to boggle your mind.

Wondering what the classes are all about?
We cycle through SO many classes each year - everyone has to start with the Basic Woodworking class but after that - students can enroll in any class they wish to take.
Here's a partial list of what we offer:
Basic Woodworking
This class is a pre-requisite for every other class in our shop. It is mandatory!

Are you looking for a woodshop to work in?
if you want to work in our shop (using our tools and facilities) - you must take this first Basic WW class. It functions not only as a safety course, but it orients you to our shop.
Without this class under your belt, you wouldn't know things like - where we store our chisels, where our sanding station with sandpaper and punch pads, are, where the bathroom is located, where to park, and what you can we store in the shop fridge.
All of this gives you a clear idea of where our gear is located, what's expected of you, and best of all - gives you the groundwork for starting your journey in woodworking.
